My prospects posted recently, but it's not reflecting in the web platform

How to ensure Engage AI is always monitoring and bringing back the posting activities of your prospects

Problem

Follow the steps below if:

  • No recent posts in the past week is displayed, even though the prospect has posted recently

 Solution

💡 Log back into LinkedIn

Since logging out of LinkedIn will cause your cookie to expire, the data we have on your Engage AI account will no longer be up-to-date as we can no longer retrieve your prospect’s data.

 

  1. Log in to the Engage AI web platform here.

    • If you're already logged in, please log out first and log back in again.

  2. Sync your Engage AI connection inside LinkedIn. See Screenshot 1.

    • a) Click the "Sync Account" button

    • b) Ensure the email you used to log into the Engage AI account is correct here.

    • c) This will reflect your latest subscription plan.

  3. Refresh the LinkedIn website.

  1. Go back to Engage AI web platform here.

  2. Click on Monitor > Posts. See the screenshot below.

  3. Click on Check Updates Now.
