Log in to the Engage AI web platform here.
If you're already logged in, please log out first and log back in again.
Sync your Engage AI connection inside LinkedIn. See Screenshot below.
Click the Sync Account button (d)
Ensure the email (a) you used to log into the Engage AI account is correct here.
This will reflect your latest subscription plan (b).
Refresh (e) the LinkedIn website.
