Here is how you can easily find the latest posting activities from target prospects and nurture them toward conversion:
Log into the Engage AI web platform here.
Click on Monitor > Posts. See the screenshot below.
You will see your target prospects' latest post activities on the page.
How to view and engage with the latest opportunity?
On each post, you can read a summary of the opportunity. See (b) from the screenshot below. You also have the option to either:
Mark the post as Viewed and not engage by clicking the (a)
or engage with the opportunity by clicking the (c)
from the screenshot below. Both of these actions will also mark the post as engaged, which (a) will have the box checked.
When you click on the Engage button (c), a new tab will open, taking you directly to the post inside LinkedIn. From there, you can use Engage AI to draft a comment and engage.
How are posts sorted and displayed?
By default, Engage AI always shows you the latest collected posts. However, you can change the sorting order and have it ordered by displaying the oldest first.
When you're on a prospect's post, pay attention to those who engage with your prospect. You could potentially identify a new ideal prospect.
Why there are different types of posts, and what are they?
You will notice there are three different types of posts on the post dashboard. These are
a) Empty value
Your prospect creates the post, and it's 100% theirs.
b) Reshared a post
Your prospect shares a post created by someone else AND they add additional notes when resharing it
When you click Engage and go to the LinkedIn page, you will see the name of your prospect on the content
You will still find the posts in their posting activities
c) Reposted a post
Your prospects share the post created by someone else WITHOUT adding any additional notes
When you click Engage and go to the LinkedIn page, you will NOT see your target prospect's name on the content
You won't find the posts in their posting activities
How to quickly navigate around collected posts and focus on those that matter the most?
You can quickly find important opportunities by filtering them based on
List
Viewed
Not Viewed
Prospect Name
Reposted
Reshared
List is particularly important, and that's when Segmentation plays it critical role. Always focus on the segments that have the highest priority, so you give them your most precious attention.

How frequently does Engage AI update the posting activities of monitored prospects?
Automated daily update
Engage AI checks on your monitored prospects daily and brings all their latest posting activities back to the Engage AI platform at the time of checking. It's the default setting for paid customers so you don't have to do anything to enable that.
If you're on a free plan, Engage AI will perform exactly the same action for your monitored prospects but weekly.
Check updates anytime in real-time
It's also entirely possible that your prospects may post right after Engage AI carries out its daily check. If you see an empty list or need real-time updates, you can request the system to do a real-time check and update the entire list of your monitored prospects.
This nifty feature will fetch the latest posts from all your prospects, so you can engage right away when needed.

Click the Check Updates button on the right.
💡If you have a large list of prospects saved, it may take a while to collect and bring back all the posts.
Once it completes the real-time update, you will see a notification upon its completion, including the number of collected posts. Click Sort by date to sort it chronologically, with the latest appearing first.
