Activate the account and sync the Chrome extension with your LinkedIn

Did you know…

• Just installed Engage AI for the first time?

• Noticed that the displayed plan does not match your paid subscription?

• Recently upgraded to a paid plan?

• Switched to a different plan?

• Install the Engage AI Chrome extension on a new computer or browser profile?

Activate and sync your account in 3 easy steps

1. Log in to the Engage AI web platform here.

   • Install the Chrome extension here.

   • If you don't have an account, create one with Engage AI.

   • If you are already logged in, please log out first and then log back in.

     

2. Once you have logged in, you will find the widget updated and shown as below:

   • a) This is the email account you have signed in on the Engage AI web platform.

   • b) This is the subscription plan associated with your email. Make sure it's correct.

     • Forever Free

     • Starter Plan

     • Pro Plan

     • Premium Plan

   • c) Access to the Help Center and customer support.

   • d) Click this to sync the extension widget with the Engage AI system.

3. Click the Refresh (e) to refresh the LinkedIn website.

Important Note

1. If you have a paid plan, the correct email address is the one you used when paying for the subscription.

2. If you see the "Upgrade to Pro" button as shown in the screenshot below, then either

   • You have not logged out and logged back in, or

   • You have logged in with a different account using a different email address and are still on the free plan.

3. Make sure to log out and log back in with the correct email address. It should be the one you used when signing up for your subscription.
